We are a cloud-based and technology driven business so for us there was no drastic transformation and thus adaptation to the changing dynamics was faster. During the pandemic, people were at home and needed entertainment. Focus shifted to OTT platforms. Hoichoi provided the platform for Bengali films and content to the users. Working from home was not a challenge. We only needed to get people connected from their homes. For us the main thing is to improvise user experience in case of efficient content delivery, handle huge amounts of user data and most importantly provide the same user experience on different devices.
