The partner should be consistent and capable. In the age of multiple hybrid cloud, we need to have a strategy. We have a stack of solutions, softwares and deliverables to be deployed on cloud, so we need multiple hybrid clouds. We might be startups but we need to ready like an enterprise. Keeping in mind all these landscapes we have to see in integration capability of the partner. We should choose a partner who can migrate things at lightning speed, who can train human capital, will be cost effective. Also, the SLA should be low risk, flexible and should target good customer experience.
