Implementing Unified Communication in Bangladesh

Recognizing the role of IT to enable its businesses to become more efficient, KDS has recently transforming towards unified communication system, integrating its voice, data, messaging, and video conferencing services. This has helped the company to have one efficient communication platform at an optimum cost.

Initiatives

  • IP-PBX: A single point connection for all internal & external business concerns of KDS which simplified and eased the communication between the branches.
  • Video Conferencing: Allowing employees to break away from physical meetings. Employees and External participants on different location can join the meeting without spending time on travelling to meet each other, thus reducing the cost of travel.
  • Meeting, Unified messaging & Mobility through: Skype for Business & Webex
  • Apps Based Service: Launched a new APP which bridges the gap between consumer across the country and KDS.
