INTRODUCTION

As the world emerges from the current pandemic, with the hope that we will overcome COVID-19 someday together, the world of work is making some fundamental shifts that address biological, physical, and emotional challenges. We are all adapting and responding to the challenges of this pandemic which is redefining the way of work like never before. The Future of Work will face new norms.

With education turning to the online medium, students are facing severe challenges since last year as there is uncertainty about the direction in which careers will move going forward. Students and young professionals with a dream to pursue various career options in Management are left with many questions about the future of work. To address these growing concerns, we as a media house have decided to partner with some of the industry leaders to host a special virtual session to provide some guidance and inputs for students pursuing or planning to pursue a career in management.
