The “return phase” of the COVID-19 crisis provided the organizations and leaders an opportunity to reflect on the challenges and the winning formulas that helped the organization survive and thrive. As the technology and business took new dimensions, leadership remained one of the core competencies, to build the future as the VUCA world forced the organizations to focus on identifying the key purpose of its existence – the intent that makes the organization successful in the long run. Keeping this in mind we have chosen the Theme for   INFOCOM 2023 as “Leading With Purpose”.

At INFOCOM we aim to create an inclusive platform where there should be friction of thoughts, interactions about real-life learning and understanding of success momentum. One of such initiatives is INFOCOM CIO Connect Program. It is a special initiative to bring together CIOs/CISOs from across PAN India with an objective to provide a platform that would be close networking forum between the CIOs/CISOs/Power IT decision makers.
